JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the Judicial District of Concord in Ontario in all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions and the use of the OZZ Electric web site.

GENERAL
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

All prices quoted in the OZZ Electric Web Site are in Canadian dollars.
