This OPG project at the Darlington Energy Complex is a multi-purpose building. The three-story office facility which includes a warehouse and refurbishment/mock-up area, a technologically-advanced training centre and tool testing facility, is equipped with the latest technology and equipment.  This facility also incorporates a 160 seat auditorium and public information centre with interactive educational displays in the main floor office area. This facility is a Leeds Silver Candidate and will support the Darlington Nuclear station in the future.

Wolfedale Electric, a division of OZZ Electric, was a key partner in this design build project. This project included outdoor high voltage switchgear, two bi-fuel 250kw generators, one 100kw UPS, a lighting protection system for the building, electrical rooms throughout the facility, a two stage fire alarm system and a penthouse mechanical/electrical equipment room.
