OZZ Partnered with Morgan Stanley and MainStreet Power to lease roof space for solar PV across Home Depot locations in Ontario. In 2011-2012 OZZ built 6.5 MW of rooftop solar projects across 16 Home Depot Locations and was responsible for project development, engineering, regulatory and permitting work, and construction on the portfolio.
From 2011 to 2013 OZZ built over 700 kW of rooftop solar facilities across 4 Longo’s grocery stores as well as Longo’s distribution centre. OZZ provided turn-key systems; performing project development, engineering, procurement and construction.
Project construction had virtually no impact on stores’ day-to-day operations. OZZ continues to work with Longo’s providing O&M services to these locations.

OZZ Electric Inc. was awarded ownership of the electrical contracting and data communication component of the two phases for this project. This was a build finance project through Infrastructure Ontario, consisting of 425,000 square feet of new construction and 35,000 square feet of renovation to the existing hospital. This new wing, called the New Juravinski Hospital, is equipped with the latest medical technology. The project commenced in the fall of 2008 and was completed in the summer of 2012.
This modern medical facility has enhanced the general hospital services; including a new start-of-the-art Emergency department, new operating rooms, a Diagnostic imaging department, Intensive care unit and improved Oncology and Hematolgy units, as well as the addition of an auditorium, conference and teaching center. The electrical scope included the installation of a new generator and removal of two old generators, new substations and distribution systems, nurse call systems, security and fire alarm, data communication and ringmaster systems.
